Shelby by Fay Heady

Our donation is in honor of our beloved "furry granddaughter" Shelby (Pretty) Zern. She was my daughter and son-in-law's (Kim & Erik Zern) rescue baby. She was beautiful, loving, spoiled with affection and quite a lap dog despite her size.

She loved kissing, and the more we talked "baby talk" to her the more she love and affection we got in return. She moved side by side with her brother Willie as though they were joined at the hip, and the two were never separated until her illness.

We hope they will soon find a cure as there is nothing worse than losing "part of your family". She has left us with so many fond memories.

She knew us by "Nona & Pop".
