Kornflake by Pat Worden

Kornflake is approximately 16 yrs. old. She is a little lovebug... loves everyone, and loves to give kisses. She's part Papillion and part Cav. Kg. Chas. Spaniel, weighing around 20 lbs. on a good day!

In October, 2007, I almost lost her during an operation to remove a cancerous tumor. She had a hard struggle, but she pulled through.. The Doctor said she could last another month or she could last for years. So far, it's been eight months, and, although she has the usual slowing down due to her age, she still manages to run hysterically thru the house like a puppy and manage to harass the cat, Sugar Pop. Last week I took part in the Relay for Life to help find the cure for cancer in her honor!
