Welcome to the ACF Dedications Page

The pets you’ll meet here have all faced cancer. It is our hope that their experiences will be reassuring to owners in similar circumstances, and help them navigate many of the decisions they have to deal with when a much-loved pet is diagnosed with cancer.

If you’d like to add your pet’s story we ask for a tax deductible donation of $100. Use the links below to make your donation, and to send us a photo of your pet and some background about the diagnosis. Tell us about the various treatments it received and the response. We’d also like to hear about your expectations or misconceptions, and what you’ve learned as a result of the experience. Write from the heart, of course, but we recommend apporoximately 3 - 4 paragraphs of about 100 words each. ACF reserves the right to return any submission (and related payment) considered inappropriate for inclusion in the Dedications portion of our site.

To donate by mail, please make checks payable to 'Animal Cancer Foundation' and send to:

To donate online using PayPal's secure system (please let us who the dedication is for using the comments field).
