The Dogs of  BC Siberian Husky Club & Rescue

This donation form the BC Siberian Husky Club is made in memory of all the many Siberian Huskies and one Malamute who are listed below. After losing a very special member of my family to cancer I decided to use our yearly Specialty Show to draw attention to the number of Siberians who are getting cancer and not finding treatment.

My Lilly was lucky for a time, she had three chemo treatments but they did not stop her tumor from growing. The care she was getting from my wonderful veterinarian kept her happy, pain free and comfortable until the day before I had to say goodbye.

All of the dogs mentioned here were well cared for, fed properly, exercised daily, loved and happy and passed away from cancer.

We are all grateful for the work The Animal Cancer Foundation is doing to help animals who battle Cancer, to have more treatment options and better quality of life.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Joanne L. Dixon

All of these dogs were lost to cancer, some way before their time. They were loved, respected and cherished by the people who shared their lives. The loss of these special friends is not any less because they were “only dogs.”  May they wait for us to come, at the rainbow bridge.

Respectfully submitted by Joanne L. Dixon, President of The BC Siberian Husky Club
